HOW TO GET STARTED IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US:
When you are at our website (wcgsl.com), in the upper right, there are two links shown as "Register / Login". As a new user, click the "Register" link. Under the "New Customer Primary Contact", enter all information and then click "Create New Account". To see available programs, you need to “Add Participant” per player. Once you add a participant (i.e. player), that record remains in the system. Each season, after you log in and see "My Account", you would click the green "Programs Available" link to register for a program.
For RETURNING FAMILIES, please DO NOT create a second account as your child's information will not follow. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page below the blue "Login" button. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
HOW TO REGISTER AT WWW.WCGSL.COM:
The registration fee amount depends on the division. To successfully register for a program, you must complete the payment process. Once successfully done, an email confirmation from Sports Connect will be sent to you. The charge will appear from Sports Connect in your credit card account. If you dispute the charge after you register, you will be responsible for all dispute fees that occur. There is a minimum $35 fee that Sports Connect charges us.
YOUR ACCOUNT INFO:
Please note anytime you need to change your contact info or your participant info, you can log into your account and make the change. Your account info can be changed by clicking the jagged wheel once logged in at the upper right. To change registration info including requests for your player, click the crayon icon to the right of your player’s name and make your changes. [Please note if you make any changes to participants info contact us by email so we are aware of the changes.]
SERVICE FEE FOR SPORTS CONNECT:
Unfortunately, our website and registration host Blue Sombrero was purchased by Sports Connect in late 2019 and they now charge a service fee on all transactions. There will be a service fee per transaction, the fee is per transaction, not per player. This fee does not go to Washington County Girls Softball League. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Step 1: Please click on the link to download and fill out the document.
Step 2: Go to File, then save the document to a file.
Step 3: Then upload the file to the registration.
You may also print the document, then scan the document to make a PDF file of the required documents, and upload those PDF files.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
For registrations completed online, Visa and Mastercard are preferred.
To successfully register for a program, you must complete the payment process.
American Express, has historically mislabeled the registrations inaccurately on billing statements as Washington County Hospital. We have tried to work with them in getting it corrected but have been unsuccessful. Disputing the registration fee will results in your players registration being voided.
